By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.Saya berhak untuk menolak komisi apabila saya merasa tidak mampu/nyaman untuk mengerjakannya
I have the right to decline the offer if I'm not comfortable with it.Sketch akan dikerjakan dalam jangka waktu 1-7 hari kerja atau 14 hari kerja untuk komisi yang lebih detail
Sketch will be send within 1-7 work days or might be 2 weeks if the commission is more complex.Durasi pengerjaan komisi dapat memakan waktu 1-8 minggu (2 bulan) atau bahkan lebih untuk untuk komisi yang lebih detail
One artwork will took me around 1-8 weeks (2 months). Duration may varies depending on quality.Harga yang tertera adalah hanya untuk penggunaan secara personal. Penggunaan personal dapat berupa mencetak untuk keperluan pribadi, foto profil, atau mengunggah dalam akun pribadi.
The listed prices are for personal use only, no reselling and commercial use. You may make it as personal merchandise, pfp and post in on your social media. WAITINGLIST
Mengambil slot Waitinglist diwajibkan untuk membayar deposit sebesar IDR 50.000 atau sebesar setengah dari harga total komisi apabila komisi bernilai kurang dari IDR 50.000.
Taking waitinglist slot is required to pay a deposit of USD 20 or half of the total commission price if the commission is less than USD 20.Pembatalan Waitinglist TIDAK akan mengembalikan deposit.
Cancellation of the Waitinglist will NOT refund the deposit.Harga total komisi nantinya akan dikurangi dari deposit yang telah diberikan
The total commission price will later be deducted from the deposit that has been given

Menjiplak, menjadikan refrensi kasar, mencuri karya saya, termasuk gambar sketch tanpa ijin
Trace, heavily reference, or steal my artwork, including my sketch without my permission.Menjual karya saya menjadi barang dagangan, freebies, editan diluar perijinan komersial
Illegal selling as merch, marketplace freebies/layout, and anything out from commercial fee.Digunakan sebagai NFT/AI

REVISI / REVISION
Sketch : 2x minor revision
Menambahkan aspek gambar yang tidak ada pada refrensi klien setelah pemberian sketch, tidak terhitung pada revisi ini, melainkan akan langsung menjadi biaya tambahan
Adding things outside the referance given doesn't count on this revision, therefore will be charged with minor revision feeAfter finished : 2x minor revision
MAJOR REVISION : mengganti setengah atau mengulang seluruh sketch (tambahan biaya mulai dari IDR 60.000)
MAJOR REVISION : changing half or redo all the sketch (charged from USD 25 or more)MINOR REVISION: mengganti sedikit bagian dari komisi (tambahan biaya mulai dari IDR 5.000)
MINOR REVISION : changing just a little part of the drawing (charged from USD 2 or more)
PEMBAYARAN / PAYMENT
Lokal : Pembayaran dapat dilakukan setelah sketch dengan bayar di muka sebesar 70% total biaya atau dibayarkan langsung seluruh total biaya
International : Payment is upfront as a downpaid with 50% price or fullpay
Pelunasan harus dilakukan setelah komisi selesai. Berkas tidak akan dikirimkan apabila pembayaran belum lunas
The rest of the downpaid should be paid after the commission finished, or else the file won't be send to youApabila terjadi hal yang mengharuskan klien untuk membatalkan komisi, saya bersedia untuk melakukan pengembalian sebagian dana tergantung dari banyaknya progress komisi yang telah saya lakukan. Hal ini dapat didiskusikan sampai terjadi kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak
If there's another situation that needs the commission to be canceled, I'm willing to discuss a partial refund based on the commission process that has been made.Pembayaran lokal dapat dilakukan dengan Gopay/BRI/OVO/Shopeepay/BCA (IDR)
